      Account Verification

      How do I become a verified customer?

      To become a verified customer, you need to provide the following documents:

      1. Valid passport / national ID or driver’s license – front and back.
      2. Utility bill or bank statement – ​​full page document, dated within 6 months, showing your full name and address.
      3. If the deposit is made by credit card – the credit card used, both front and back. Please cover the first 12 digits on the front and the CVV code (3 digits) on the back.
      4. If the deposit is made via e-Wallet or bank transfer – a screenshot of your e-Wallet account profile page (showing your full name, email and e-Wallet ID) or bank transfer deposit confirmation.

      Just send a digital image of this confirmation document to [email protected] and you will receive an email notification as soon as the document is processed (usually takes up to 3 business days).
