Withdrawal charges vary depending on the type of account you have.

For VIP account holders, every withdrawal is free. Platinum account holders can make 3 free withdrawals per month. Gold account members can make one free withdrawal per month. Basic account holders can make one withdrawal for free, with a charge every time you withdraw from it. Please check the Account Types page and the General Fees document for the latest information.

Withdrawals can only be sent to the source of the deposit in the amount of the deposit. If multiple sources are used for deposits, withdrawals will be sent in the order of deposits as well as the amount deposited. For more information on this, please contact our Customer Support.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 business hours. Once funds are sent, it may take up to 5 business days for them to arrive at your withdrawal source. We endeavor to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible and without undue delay. However, you will also need to provide documentation to verify your payment method to withdraw, which may delay the procedure. To avoid delays, please ensure that all verification documentation is up to date before you make your request.

First log in to your account, then navigate to the Banking section tab. After that click on the Pending Requests tab, where you will find your pending withdrawals.
